how will I get my order?

If you ordered a digital download, once you check out, you will receive an email with both a PNG and PDF version of the design. It will go to the email address you checked out with.

If you ordered a custom design, you will receive the finished work via email as well!

how should I print my digital downloads?

For the highest quality, use the PDF file to print. You can take it to any local print shop, including most post offices or drugstores, to get it printed.

what's the difference between a PNG, PDF, & vector file?

PNG files are high-quality images with transparent backgrounds—great for digital use like websites, social media, or emails.

PDF files are ideal for printing because they preserve the exact layout, fonts, and colors of the design.

Vector files are scalable graphics that can be resized without losing quality—perfect for large prints, logos, or professional editing.

if I order custom art, how can I get my details to you?

If you order art that includes customization, after you checkout, I will reach out via email with a form to complete!
